Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to join our team in Miramar Beach, Florida. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints, scheduling appointments, assigning daily work/calls to other team members, and performing marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
