Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Experience II, you'll play a critical role in crafting arenaflex's approach to collecting, measuring, and making sense of customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the CX Director to identify new ways to collect feedback from customers
  • Owning the customer experience calendar of survey distributions
  • Acting as a catalyst for creative thinking and non-traditional solutions through brainstorms and product planning meetings
  • Collaborating with internal teams passionate about providing digital improvements to the customer journey
  • Collaborating with external agencies or contractors as needed
  • Partnering cross-functionally with product teams, steering committees, critical initiative reporting, financial planning & analysis, multiple IT architecture domains, and more!

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL and CoreXM
  • Experience in the survey lifecycle, including requirements gathering, survey construction, response rate optimization, and results analysis
  • Collaboration skills with external partners and digital product teams
  • A true passion for digital customer experience as well as being a creative thought-leader; experience working with transformation initiatives and agile environments is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience working with customer experience management tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
