Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Engage with arenaflex subscribers through live chat, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively identify and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive and seamless streaming experience.
