Job Responsibilities
As a part-time remote customer service representative agent, your primary responsibility will be to participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You'll have the flexibility to choose from a variety of studies, including online and in-person discussions. Your tasks will include:
- Participating in written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before the discussion start time
- Following oral and written instructions
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
