Job Summary

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers who experience technical difficulties related to our internet services. This is a remote position that requires working overnight shifts and rotating weekends, utilizing various tools to assist customers effectively. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues.
  • Offering step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions and manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Accessing and updating customer accounts using Sonar CRM and utilizing networking tools for support.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and internet technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
