Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our Customer Success Manager to develop and implement effective customer success strategies
  • Working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research, and analysis, to support the growth and success of our business
  • Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to our Customer Success Manager for resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A reliable internet connection and a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer success
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer success tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate complex customer issues
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
