Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling appointments accurately to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Reviewing customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform outbound calls with existing customers to promote products and services, and to gather feedback

  • Review customer account information to provide personalized support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are must-haves, as you will be handling sensitive customer information and resolving complex issues
  • Excellent email handling skills, with the ability to manage multiple email threads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to empathize with customers and prioritize their needs
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid sales acumen, with the ability to promote products and services to existing customers
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 words per minute, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently

* Contact Center background, with experience in customer service and support

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
