Your Mission

As a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for arenaflex, your mission will be to provide top-tier support to our customers via email and live chat. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with questions related to products, orders, shipping, and returns, providing detailed product knowledge and usage guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Escalating wholesale purchase concerns to the appropriate internal team, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise communication with customers.

  • Proficiency with Shopify support integrations, such as Willdesk or Gorgias, ensuring seamless integration and support.
