Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries via live chat, email, or other messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Understanding customer needs and providing accurate information, solutions, or escalation as needed
  • Maintaining a high level of written communication and professionalism in all interactions
  • Working closely with internal teams (sales, technical, etc.) to resolve customer concerns and improve the support process
  • Accurately logging customer interactions and feedback using internal CRM tools or support platforms
  • Identifying and reporting common issues or trends to improve processes and the customer experience

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in chat or customer support is preferred
  • Strong written communication skills in English are essential
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using chat software, ticketing systems, or CRMs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
