Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer calls, emails, and chats with energy, positivity, and knowledge to demonstrate our commitment to a customer-first culture
  • Empowering homeowners and broker partners with solutions to their home ownership and closing needs
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate solutions and resolve customer inquiries
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Providing proactive support and guidance to customers to ensure a seamless experience
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Highly tuned and professional communication skills for voice, email, and chat
  • Active listening skills and ability to communicate updates and solutions
  • Energetic, positive, and fresh approach to customer inquiries and requests
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Experience with CRM tools (preferred)
  • Residential real estate sales experience (preferred)
  • Associates degree (preferred)
