Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Virtual Assistant for Calls, Emails, Data Entry, and Websites at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling calls, emails, and text messages in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, including onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships
  • Managing data entry tasks, including research, transcription, data collection, extraction, and encoding
  • Updating and maintaining websites, including social media management and digital marketing
  • Assisting with project management, including supervision, planning, scheduling, reporting, and analysis
  • Managing email, Zoom, and calendar, including appointment setting and travel arrangements
  • Generating leads through email gathering and verification
  • Utilizing CRM software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZOHO, to manage client relationships and data
  • Helping to organize tasks, meetings, reminders, and other administrative tasks
  • Providing digital marketing support, including ad posting, eBay, Amazon, Steam, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Requirements:

To be successful as an Experienced Virtual Assistant for Calls, Emails, Data Entry, and Websites at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A background in call centers, payment industry, and crypto
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms, including CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including full-time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST USA
  • Experience with digital marketing, websites, and ad posting is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and ZOHO CRM software

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with eBay, Amazon, and Steam
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
