Position Overview As a Weekend Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling incoming weekend customer chats and emails, guiding users through subscription management, troubleshooting, and access questions, and escalating technical problems to senior support as needed. You will work independently, using internal saved replies and workflows to provide quick and accurate responses to user inquiries. You will also maintain clear notes and proper ticket tagging on every interaction, ensuring that every conversation is polite, helpful, and brand-aligned.
