Job Summary

We're seeking experienced call center representatives with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and upselling products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Upsell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Utilize data entry and key stroke accuracy to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems to manage customer interactions
  • Maintain a permanent full-time schedule, working 40 hours per week
  • Demonstrate dependability, reliability, and a strong attention to detail
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Data entry and key stroke accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of call center experience and customer service experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues

* Competitive compensation, with a base salary range of $11-$15 per hour

  • Permanent schedules with a weekend requirement

Work-from-Home (WFH) Policy

After 90 days of employment, eligible employees may be eligible to work from home. To be eligible for WFH, employees must:

  • Have a dedicated workspace at home, free from outside noise and distractions
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection (25 Mbps download speed, 10 Mbps upload speed)
  • Be able to connect directly to the router with an Ethernet cable
  • Meet all other requirements and expectations for WFH
