Responsibilities

As a Fashion Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service experiences, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing customers' orders, changes, and returns of products and/or services, ensuring timely and accurate product and service delivery.
  • Providing product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers, driving sales growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Data accuracy: A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • PC and system literate: Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • C2 level Czech and advanced level of English or Spanish: Fluency in Czech and an advanced level of English or Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Numerate and articulate: Strong numerical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex information.
  • Well-organised, reliable, and thorough: A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer

As a Fashion Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy:

  • Full-time position: 38.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Temporary contract: A temporary contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent contract.
  • Salary: €18,000 gross per year.
  • Hybrid job: This is a hybrid job, requiring you to live in the Barcelona area.
