Key Responsibilities - Engage with customers through live chat and email, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. - Utilize arenaflex's customer service platform to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise in customer service. - Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements - A device with internet access capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). - The ability to work autonomously and follow detailed instructions. - A minimum availability of 20 hours per week. - No prior experience is necessary; you'll receive all the training needed. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
