About the Role

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy will make all the difference in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to package delivery, tracking, and status updates
  • Documenting delivery flow and package tracking information into our system
  • Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

  • The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and express empathy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
