We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals to join our remote call center team as Customer Service Representatives. Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Handle Incoming Calls Promptly and Professionally: Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and clarity
  • Research and Provide Effective Resolutions: Accurately document call details and communicate solutions
  • Meet Team Goals for Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to our team's success daily
  • Communicate Effectively: Articulate clearly and professionally, with a positive attitude

  • Previous Healthcare Experience: A plus, but not required
  • At Least 1 Year of Experience in a Call Center Environment: Required

Job Requirements

* Must be 18 Years or Older: Eligible to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement
  • Minimum of 1 Year at a Single Job, Preferably in Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to a single role
  • Reliable Attendance: No absences in the first 90 days
  • Typing Speed of at Least 25 WPM: Meet our typing requirements
  • Hardwired Internet Connection: Minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Secure, Private Work Area at Home: A dedicated workspace for your success
  • Flexible Availability: Including weekends, to meet our 24/7 customer needs
