Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through live chat, ensuring that customers receive prompt and helpful responses to their queries

  • Engaging with website visitors in real-time, providing them with accurate and timely information

What You Will Be Doing

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, choosing your own hours and schedule. You will be responsible for logging in to the arenaflex website and responding to customer messages in real-time. Your shift will begin when you log in, and you will be paid daily for your work. Contract and Compensation

* Contract length: No fixed term

  • Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
  • Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
