With a portfolio of personal lines home and auto business placed through multiple insurance companies, including national carriers and standard market insurers, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your keys to success will include:

  • Policy Processing: Quickly process policy changes, additions, billing, claims status, and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coverage Summaries: Maintain and update coverage summaries, prepare binders, and ensure accuracy of new policies prior to client delivery.
  • Account Rounding: Assist with account rounding by making recommendations to current clients that will update and enhance their policies.
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless service delivery and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Insurance Experience: At least two (2) years of insurance experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto).
  • State Insurance License: An active state insurance license is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software and systems, including policy administration and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
