The Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, who are among the largest manufacturers of home appliances and RTV equipment. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and support to customers in Norwegian
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our language support team to ensure seamless communication with customers

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Norwegian

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work closely with our language support team to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of the home appliances and RTV equipment industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with language learning platforms and tools
