As a Senior Data Entry Clerk: Insurance Licensing and Registration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Enterprise Licensing team with various tasks to submit applications for the acquisition and maintenance of employee's insurance licenses and registrations. Your expertise in data entry and analysis will be instrumental in compiling data from various sources and inputting it into various systems, online forms, and spreadsheets.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Enterprise Licensing team, you'll be responsible for:

• Inputs information from a variety of sources into a database and various websites and/or online platforms/systems
• Applies foundational functional knowledge to produce work deliverables in support of departmental initiatives
• Supports the Enterprise Licensing team with various tasks to submit applications for the acquisition and maintenance of employee's insurance licenses and registrations, compiling data from various sources and inputting into various systems, online forms, spreadsheets

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Inputs information from various sources into a database and various websites and/or online platforms/systems + Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in data entry + Maintains up-to-date knowledge of database and system requirements

• Data Analysis:

+ Compiles data from various sources to support departmental initiatives + Analyzes data to identify trends and patterns + Provides insights and recommendations to the Enterprise Licensing team

• Insurance Licensing and Registration:

+ Supports the Enterprise Licensing team with various tasks to submit applications for the acquisition and maintenance of employee's insurance licenses and registrations + Compiles data from various sources and inputs it into various systems, online forms, and spreadsheets + Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of employee licenses and registrations

Essential Qualifications:

* Effective, professional verbal and written communication (5 years)

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a corporate environment (5 years)
• Data entry and analysis experience (3 years)
• Experience using Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, Access
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field

• Knowledge of insurance licensing and registration requirements
• Experience using online platforms and systems for data entry and analysis
• Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist)
