Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat: Engage with customers through live chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services via online chat: Share knowledge about our clients' offerings, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership information.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments: Assist customers in scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience and driving business growth for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the automotive and recreational vehicle industries, enabling you to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review: Collect and record customer contact information, facilitating lead generation and client review for our dealership partners.
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review: Document customer interactions, highlighting key concerns, needs, and preferences to inform client review and improve future support.

Qualifications

We're looking for talented individuals with a passion for customer service and online communication. If you have:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, you'll have a head start in understanding our clients' needs and preferences.
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above.
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, you'll be able to navigate our systems and tools with ease.
  • A strong ability to multitask, you'll be able to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, you'll provide exceptional customer experiences and represent arenaflex favorably online.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you'll be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, you'll thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic team.
