Role Overview As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-retention short-form content that aligns with our brand style and drives engagement at scale. You should have a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver multiple pieces of content per day.

Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, kinetic text)
- Experience editing Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Proven ability to create high-retention content
- Strong creative direction and visual taste
- High attention to detail
- Fast communication and turnaround time
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work U.S. time zones
