Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Child Psychologist to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role involves providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. You will be instrumental in developing and overseeing therapeutic programs, conducting assessments, and providing expert guidance to a dedicated team of remote mental health professionals. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to leveraging technology to make mental healthcare more accessible and effective for young individuals and their families, regardless of their geographic location. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents via telehealth. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Provide ongoing individual, group, and family therapy sessions remotely. Supervise and mentor a team of child psychologists and mental health clinicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and educational institutions to support the child's well-being and progress. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal requirements. Contribute to the development and refinement of telehealth protocols and best practices. Stay current with advancements in child psychology and telehealth technologies. Conduct psychoeducational workshops or webinars for parents and caregivers. Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications: Doctorate degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Child Psychology. Completion of an APA-accredited internship. Postdoctoral fellowship in child psychology or a related field. Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in at least one US state. Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure experience working with children and adolescents. Proven experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing psychotherapy. Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for delivering services via telehealth. Excellent diagnostic, therapeutic, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of child development, psychopathology, and family systems. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and secure video conferencing platforms. Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
