Job Description

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective communication, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries via email and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat within agreed-upon timeframes

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in email and chat software, including CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of the travel industry and its trends
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
  • Experience with social media and online communities
