Responsibilities

As a remote live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Working from home in a remote setting, utilizing your own laptop or tablet to stay connected with our team and clients
  • Collaborating with our customer support team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilizing CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
