Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our world-class technology. You will be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat, understanding their needs and recommending arenaflex's best solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology

  • Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
  • Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!

Compensation and Perks

* Pay from $24 to $28 per hour with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Includes $2 Shift Differential
  • Full-Time Hours: 1:30 PM to 10 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
