Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our Commercial department, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing expert guidance, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity to provide informed guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring high levels of customer loyalty and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace and manufacturing industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a commercial or sales environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and customer needs

  • Knowledge of the aerospace and manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, CRM)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
