Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Transferring data from paper and/or electronic format into computer files or medical records database systems
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our medical records database systems
- Ensuring that all data is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
- Performing additional duties as requested by the Director
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with medical records database systems (training will be provided)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Certification in medical records or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
