Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Union Grove, WI. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and promotions to customers
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to work in a call center environment with a high volume of customer interactions

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
