Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
