Job Summary

As a Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our stores. You'll work closely with our Loss Prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

  • Work closely with the Loss Prevention team to identify and prevent shoplifting, as well as investigate incidents of theft
  • Conduct regular store walks to monitor customer activity and identify potential security risks
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to prevent shoplifting and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations, as well as provide regular reports to management
  • Participate in training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest loss prevention techniques and technologies
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or loss prevention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and prevent shoplifting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in loss prevention or a related field

  • Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention techniques
  • Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. LPC, CPP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
