Job Summary

As a Customer Service Test Center Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (call center, retail, or other customer-facing environments)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a test center or customer service environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
