Job Summary

As a Chat and Email Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including live chat and email. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring their needs are met - Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or management as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using technology, including live chat software and email management tools - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools - Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills
