Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, accurate information to customers
  • Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
  • Assisting with Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
  • Communicating Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
  • Maintaining Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
  • Supporting Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at Least 18 Years Old: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Have experience in a call center, dispatch, or related field
  • Pass a Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
  • Meet Internet and Equipment Requirements: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
  • Complete an Internet Speed Test: Achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download

Have Working Knowledge of Computers and Windows Applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

1+ Years of Previous Call Center Experience
