Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products, pricing, and shipping options

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
