Your Role

As a French Bilingual Charging Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering amazing customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll work closely with customers and prospective buyers to understand their needs, concerns, lifestyle, and preferences, and provide personalized solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in building relationships, resolving issues, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

  • Build relationships with customers and prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize customer satisfaction tools to resolve issues and ensure customer loyalty
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers to address sales, product knowledge, service issues, and dealer information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
  • Participate in business-related marketing and sales projects to drive growth and customer engagement
  • Meet specified goals and objectives set forth by management
  • Provide feedback to management for continued improvement and growth

Case Management

* Apply practical time management skills to handle cases from initial concern to resolution

  • Utilize resources, including onsite Knowledge Base, Dealerships, local resources, and Part & Tech SMEs, to progress cases
  • Follow up with customers on updates and timelines to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keep promises and follow up with customers to prevent poor customer experiences and diminished brand loyalty

What You Bring to the Role

* High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Relations Contact Center, hospitality industry, or PR/Sales field
  • Experience in a luxury field (hospitality or brand product) is a plus
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed listening skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritize projects and customer needs
  • Conflict resolution skills – listen to the customer
  • Exercise good service and business judgment with the end goal of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent English language, oral and written, with grammatical knowledge and etiquette
  • Ability to sway the opinion of others through verbal and/or written correspondence
  • Ability to blend personality with a professional demeanor to provide the customer with a comfortable conversation
  • Use of technology for product resourcing to resolve customer issues
  • Typing Skills (minimum 30wpm)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Email, Texting, and Chat
  • Ability to work through multiple computer screens
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Displays professionalism in demeanor, language, and appearance

Work Environment and Culture

* Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday 7:00 am – 11:30 pm EST (40hrs per week)

  • Remote work option available for employees living 45 miles away from our site
  • Hybrid work option available for employees living within 45 miles of our site (3 days work from home and 2 days onsite)
