Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Answering billing questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Open to feedback and coaching to support performance and development
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
