Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, orders, and issues. You will work collaboratively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide world-class service and support, while also developing your skills and knowledge to become a product and solutions expert.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and answer questions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
• Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
