Responsibilities
As a Medical Support Chat Agent, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and compassionate chat support to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding medical services and appointments
- Communicating with patients to collect necessary medical information

Qualifications
