Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced data entry specialist to join our Lockbox department in Southaven, MS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing accurate and timely numeric input of check amounts, payee validation, and MICR correction while following specific instructions in the Lockbox customer's profile. If you have a strong background in data entry, excellent 10-key skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist in the Lockbox department, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing data entry functions from checks image per clients' instructions
• Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals
• Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed
• Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 1 year of previous data-entry experience
• A minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined)
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and efficiency
• Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently
• Logical decisional-making rationale
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally)
• Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel

Working Environment:

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist in the Lockbox department, you'll work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
