Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Transitional Care and Operations Support

This role will play a vital part in supporting our transitional care operations, ensuring seamless communication with our facilities, and delivering outstanding results.

Job Summary
As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing critical support to our transitional care operations. You'll work closely with our facilities, processing new business leads, and ensuring accurate information is recorded in our referral management system. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide facility-related information to customers via telephone conversations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Process new business leads promptly in our referral management system, adhering to our data entry expectations
- Participate in ongoing communication with our facilities regarding leads, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Hold yourself accountable for results, displaying a sense of urgency when processing leads
- Supply accurate information to the best of your knowledge, adhering to our data entry expectations
- Demonstrate knowledge of different payer types across various levels of senior care
- Perform benefit verifications accurately using different insurance portals
Requirements
* Previous healthcare admissions/marketing/sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in data entry software and systems, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files
