Summary

The Data Entry Specialist provides essential clerical, organizational, and data management support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role is crucial for managing internal and external communications, maintaining meticulous records, scheduling, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the team and management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in office technology, and dedicated to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. What you’ll be doing: Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter large volumes of alphanumeric data from source documents (paper or digital) into designated systems, databases, or spreadsheets. Data Verification and Quality Control: Review and verify entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and correct them as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness. Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to company's data security and confidentiality policies, especially when handling sensitive information like personal details or financial records. Collaboration and Reporting: Generate basic reports or summaries as required by supervisors and assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace. Proven ability to type accurately at a high rate (e.g., 50 WPM+). Experience with office management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM software) is an advantage. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
