Overview

We are expanding our remote travel support team and are currently seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Experience Holiday Advisors. In this role, you will support clients throughout their vacation planning journey by helping organize travel arrangements, managing reservation details, and providing consistent assistance to ensure each trip is well-prepared and smoothly coordinated. This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No previous experience in the travel industry is required complete training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Work with clients to identify travel needs, preferences, and timing requirements Assist in assembling and coordinating personalized vacation plans Review travel options such as hotels, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities Navigate approved systems to verify availability and support booking processes Share updates on reservation progress, confirmations, and itinerary details Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms Manage itinerary adjustments, booking modifications, and service follow-ups Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems Stay current on supplier updates, travel offers, and destination information Participate in virtual onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing development programs

Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work within the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain.
