The Role You’ll be the quality guardian for our gaming platform, ensuring error-free content reaches millions of players worldwide. What you will be doing
- Manage game events and coordinate maintenance schedules for games and promotions
- Configure games remotely and verify results to ensure seamless player experiences
- Communicate with business stakeholders and third-party providers to implement product changes
- Diagnose crashes, validate data, and report bugs with precision and clarity
- Adapt games and promotions to meet evolving business requirements
- Escalate complex technical issues to engineering teams when needed
What we are looking for
- Solid foundation in QA theory, test design techniques, and SDLC processes
- Experience with Task Management Systems (Jira preferred) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level)
- Ability to prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and identify potential risks
- High sense of responsibility and willingness to work shifts when required
