Scrum Master

Agile Facilitation & Coaching Scrum Mastery: Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for one or more squads. Delivery Excellence: Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and shield the team from outside interference to maintain a high velocity. Continuous Improvement: Use Agile metrics (Velocity, Burn-down charts, Cycle Time) to coach the team toward higher performance and predictability. Agile Advocacy: Promote Agile values and principles across the organization, helping non-technical stakeholders understand the iterative delivery process. Business Analytics & Requirements Data-Driven Backlog: Partner with Product Owners to refine the backlog using business analytics to justify priority and value. Requirement Analysis: Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable User Stories with well-defined Acceptance Criteria. Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards and reports to track product health, user engagement, and ROI of delivered features. Process Optimization: Identify business process gaps through data analysis and suggest technical or procedural improvements. At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
