Client Services Trip Consultant

Position Overview We are currently seeking organized and service-driven individuals to join our expanding remote team as Client Services Trip Consultants. In this role, you'll assist travelers by helping organize trip details, reviewing travel options, and supporting the coordination process to ensure clients have a smooth and stress-free planning experience. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing details, and working independently in a flexible virtual environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required, as training and ongoing support are provided from the start.

Responsibilities

Support clients with trip planning based on travel interests, schedules, and budgets Coordinate travel components such as hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, and activities Research and review available options using approved travel and supplier platforms Provide clients with timely updates regarding reservations and itinerary progress Respond professionally to inquiries through email, phone, and online communication systems Assist with itinerary revisions, schedule changes, and follow-up support when needed Maintain organized records and accurate travel documentation within internal systems Attend onboarding sessions, virtual meetings, and continued learning opportunities What We Provide Fully remote work environment Flexible scheduling options Step-by-step onboarding and training resources Ongoing mentorship and development support Access to travel booking systems and supplier partnerships Eligibility for travel incentives, discounts, and recognition programs Growth opportunities within a supportive remote team

Preferred Qualifications
