Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist customers with expediting orders, correcting post-sales problems, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution rates

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a call center or retail environment a plus - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines - Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt - Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer populations - Experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on team management and development
