As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing detailed explanations of account statuses, ensuring accurate documentation, and adhering to state and federal regulations. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with their accounts, providing detailed explanations of account statuses, and ensuring accurate documentation
- Ensuring all account information is accurately documented in our client's system
- Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts based on various state guidelines
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to job duties
- Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time
- Achieving Quality Assurance goals
- Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Prior call center experience (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers
- Active listening to understand the customers' needs
- Great problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
