Responsibilities

As an administrative assistant or data entry clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in nationwide and local paid focus groups and clinical trials, either online or in-person
  • Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
  • Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as required
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
  • Access to a reliable internet connection
  • Basic PC skills and proficiency in using computer software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time, with a minimum of 10 minutes prior to discussion start time

Preferred Qualifications

While not necessary, data entry or administrative assistant experience is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in using specific software applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite, may be beneficial.
